Yeah, there is a "correct" answer and it is yes. A "C" is passing. It says the person being graded shows an average understanding of the subject matter (no matter what the subject is).

Reply:A "C" is merely average. Depending on what math class you are in would determine if this is an acceptable grade, also whether you are trying your hardest or not. To some, math just doenst come too well.
